When I purchased it last year, they were pretty much sold out of everything. I ended up purchasing the kit in cobalt.
I also bought this binder, the memory keepers Faux Leather 12×12.
Well, I’m not sure why I purchased the hard copy edition to start. After all, I am a pretty advanced photoshop user. I think my thought process behind it all was that I was going to print photos at home and it would be faster and easier to put together than spending hours on the computer playing with photos and layouts in Photoshop. I was wrong. It lasted for maybe a few weeks. I suck. I gave up.
In the meantime, I have hundreds and thousands of digital photos on my desktop, my laptop, and my iPhone. After having a baby you realize that all of these memories are so precious, as are the day to day simple things that we easily forget. I decided that I need to save all of these memories and get the photos off of my computers and phone and do something with them!
Part of my 2013 New Years Resolutions was to start – and complete – Project Life 2013. I am so happy I did. I am still learning, and I don’t have very many elements/papers yet (looking for free ones!), but the most important part is that I am keeping up with it for the most part. I’m about 4 weeks behind right now but I am determined to catch up!
Here are my first two pages of 2013 – Week 1 & Week 2
